Puddleduck Holiday Cottage is a detached single storey cottage which has one double bedroom with four poster bed, wardrobe, dressing table, drawers and bedside cabinets. There is a shower room with shower cubicle, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with wall and floor units, a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven/hob and utensils etc.Dogs welcome at Poppyland Holiday Cottage, North Norfolk

The lounge/dining room has a brown leather suite, occasional furniture etc, dining table & chairs, wood burning stove, colour television with FreeView, dvd, video and a mini hi-fi system. We have a small library of dvds, videos, books and games.

The Cottage is dog friendly!

The cottage has oil-fired central heating throughout and is warm and cosy.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Puddleduck Holiday Cottage has its own private fully enclosed garden with lawn, patio and a decked area. Garden furniture and a barbeque are provided (bbq fuel is available locally). The garden is south facing making it a perfect suntrap.

Well behaved dogs (maximum 2 small/medium or 1 large) are very welcome in Puddleduck Holiday Cottage. Should you wish to bring more than the maximum we will consider any reasonable requests. Dogs must not be allowed to climb on the furniture and must not be left unattended in the cottage. Any fouling must be cleared up by the owner. There is a public footpath within 50 yards of Poppyland for dog walking which conveniently leads to the Suffield Arms Public House where dogs are made welcome (approx 20 mins walk).

There is a parking space for 1 car.

The first basket of fuel for the wood burning stove, all electric and oil are included in the price. Any further fuel required for the stove can be purchased from Poppyland and is also available locally.

Puddleduck Holiday Cottage is available to hire all year round. Prices for 1 weeks hire start from £195 in Low Season to £495 in High Season.

Low Season short breaks are available in January, February, March, November and December.
3 nights stay, Fri - Mon ~ £135
4 nights stay, Mon - Fri ~ £150
